By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site. All materials contained on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Content Ownership and Use

All text, graphics, images, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Haus of Bright and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission. Use of this content for personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted, but no content may be used for commercial purposes or public redistribution without consent.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Haus of Bright’s website are provided “as is.” Haus of Bright makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any material on this site or on third-party sites linked from this site.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Haus of Bright or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use this site or its content, even if Haus of Bright or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Haus of Bright has not reviewed all external websites linked to this site and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at the user’s own risk.

6. Modifications to These Terms

Haus of Bright may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use this site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Service Inquiries and Client Agreements

Submitting a contact form, quote request, or service inquiry through this website does not create a service contract. All services must be formally agreed upon through a signed Service Agreement, which will include the specific scope of work, frequency, pricing, and terms.

10. Billing and Payments

Once a Service Agreement is signed, Haus of Bright bills clients on the first day of the month. Services started after the first day of the month will be prorated. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service interruptions and incur additional service or finance charges. If payment remains delinquent, Haus of Bright reserves the right to suspend service until all past due amounts are resolved. Clients are responsible for reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs related to nonpayment.

11. Cancellations and Termination

Clients may terminate their Service Agreement with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice, delivered to the designated contact email or by Haus of Bright to the client’s primary contact. Failure to provide proper notice may result in continued billing for services during the notice period. Details specific to cancellation obligations are outlined in each client's Service Agreement.

12. Employment Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly employ or contract with any employee or subcontractor of Haus of Bright during the term of their Service Agreement and for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days following its termination, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

13. Insurance and Coverage

Haus of Bright maintains commercial general liability insurance, janitorial bonding, and workers’ compensation coverage where applicable. Documentation can be provided upon request.

14. Holiday Schedule

Regularly scheduled services will not be performed on the following six holidays unless otherwise agreed:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Service may be available on holidays for an additional fee. Missed services due to listed holidays are not credited unless explicitly stated in the client’s Service Agreement.
